Maggie Snow
Executive Director

Maggie has been involved with The SPLASH Centre in various positions since 2010 – as Summer Day Camp Coordinator, Changing Lanes Co-Ordinator and as co-author of the Provincial Community Youth Network Policies and Procedures manual. She has been the Centre's Executive Director since 2013 and could not be happier in her position, advocating for our areas youth.

Juanita Verge
Floor Manager

A long standing resident of Harbour Grace, Juanita has been employed at The SPLASH Centre since the beginning, and this year has celebrated her 20th Anniversary with the Centre . As Floor Manager, Juanita helps supervise our 12-18 youth daily programming and assists with the Little Adventurers Program and other initiatives at the Centre. She takes great pride in her job, loves interacting with the youth and is looking forward to a bright future with her SPLASH family.

Amanda Mercer
Project Coordinator

A resident of Harbour Grace, Amanda has been a part of The SPLASH team since her involvement with the WOW Program in 2009. Since then Amanda has assisted in a variety of other programming including the Sporuts and Little Adventurers and also administers the Summer Day Camp Program. Amanda is a front line staff member and loves spending down time interacting with the youth and working with such a dedicated team!

Janine Simmons
Youth Program Development Coordinator

A native of Riverhead, Janine has an Education Degree and was teaching in Alberta for 9 years. Along with her family she move home and has been with the SPLASH Centre since 2019. In her position as Youth Program Development Coordinator, she administers the Linkages and Amplify Programs, Green Team Initiative and Program Development. Janine enjoys working in a highly motivated group dynamic and connecting with local youth to expand their career and personal development.

Tiffany Lynch
Project Coordinator

Tiffany is a graduate of Child and Youth Care Worker Program and began working at the SPLASH Centre in 2017. She has been involved in the VolunTeens Program, assisted with Summer Day Camp and facilitates both the Little Adventures and Sprouts After-School Program. Tiffany enjoys all aspects of her position, especially spending time on the frontline with the 12-18 youth members! Tiffany loves working at an organization that has such a lasting intact on the areas youth!

Allison Seward
VolunTeens Coordinator

Allison is a recent honors graduate of the Community Leadership Program through College of the North Atlantic. She began working with the SPLASH Centre as part of Summer Day Camp staff and has since joined our team as Coordinator of the VolunTeens Program. Allison is a frontline staff member and has assists in Various other programming including the Dream Dress Drive, Little Adventures and Sprouts. Allison is very passionate about working with youth and is thankful to be a part of an organization that aids in the growth and development of youth in our the region. As we move forward, she is excited for the expansion of programing and looking forward to the experiences to come.

Brianna Roberts
VolunTeens Coordinator

Brianna Roberts joined the SPLASH Centre's team in 2022 as Co-Coordinator of the VolunTeens Program. With education in Child & Youth Care w/Addictions Support, and an extensive athletic background, Brianna brings valuable knowledge and education to the frontline in many aspects of the centre's programming. Along with the VolunTeens, Brianna assists with the Dream Dress Drive, Sprouts, Home Alone and enjoys interacting with the youth during the drop-in programming. She is thankful to be part of the SPLASH team and looks forward to contributing to the future of the area's youth.
